Reading to the Class:
I love reading to my class! So much so, that my happiest moments in a school day usually involve a book in my hand and an engaged class with me on the mat!
I also know that the experience of students reading to students can be very empowering, for both the reader and the listeners. I encourage students to read to the class when they have found a book that they want to share with the rest of us. Every so often, I will record these ‘reading to’ sessions and post them here to share with you.
